10 laps = 2.5 miles!

YAY! So it starts to hurt during lap 2. But, I know once I do one mile I’m good.
Then when I do one mile, I know I can do another.
It’s all mind games.
I want to know when I can just run and not pay attention to what’s going on around with the pain and agony.
During the 8th lap, I was definitely in pain. 9 was hard and 10…was really hard.
I can’t wait until it just becomes second nature. But, I obviously have to go through this.

don’t worry- you don’t need to go running today if you’re tired. you do have your crazy oral on tuesday, so i’m sure that is probably quite exhausting.
sigh can you believe i ate nothing but chocolate until 7pm? my body hates me, but my taste buds love me.
